I’m Pat Casey, founder of Tropicali Ventures, where I help early-stage founders build, scale, and navigate growth challenges. My background blends high-level finance with hands-on startup execution, giving founders the strategic support they need to succeed.

My journey started in finance—as a Syndicates Director at Morgan Stanley, I specialized in fundraising, financial strategy, and market analysis at the highest level. But I wanted to apply that expertise to real-world impact. That’s why I transitioned to climate tech, serving as Director of Finance at Arqlite, where I led financial strategy for a sustainable materials startup, helping the company scale operations and secure funding.

Now, through Tropicali Ventures, I work directly with founders in climate tech, the built environment, and smart cities, tackling strategy, operations, and fundraising challenges that define early-stage success.
